Chief of Staff to the President
About the Role
Greater Washington D.C. Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President for its North American division. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the President's strategic priorities into actionable plans, establishing a clear operating rhythm, and ensuring the delivery of critical commitments. This role requires a high level of trust and partnership, as the Chief of Staff will work closely with the President to strengthen leadership decision-making and coordinate action across the U.S. business. Key deliverables include creating focused calendars, preparing for engagements, and providing decision-ready reporting. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in developing executive briefings, and presentations, and leading cross-functional initiatives while adhering to security, export-control, and governance requirements. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a substantial background in business operations, strategy, program leadership, consulting, finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting senior executives. Experience in a regulated environment such as defense, aerospace, government contracting, or technology is strongly preferred. The role demands a candidate with strong business and financial judgment, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex work across teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is valued. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, and the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
