The Company is seeking a Managing Partner for State and Local Government. This role is pivotal in advising the most influential organizations in the country, particularly in the public sector, on strategic decisions that will shape their future. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior government leaders, helping them navigate disruption, and turning technology into a catalyst for growth, resilience, and transformation. Responsibilities include operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and executive leadership, and leading hands-on consulting engagements to drive measurable value. The role demands a professional with a proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm, a strong foundation in technology problem-solving, and a track record of leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be an executive-level relationship builder, capable of expanding and managing a portfolio of key clients. They should be adept at driving revenue growth through strategic relationship development and be comfortable with the complexities of modernizing legacy environments in the digital age. A background in technology, particularly in areas such as architecture, analytics, engineering, or strategy, is essential. The role requires a leader with the stamina and presence to manage multiple senior-level client priorities and the intellectual curiosity to adapt frameworks to unique client situations.
