Regional President

The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the region's P&L, strategic direction, and operational performance across both construction and maintenance services. Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of business development, operations, safety, finance, and people management, ensuring alignment with the national strategy, and driving regional results. The role demands a proven track record as a senior P&L leader in a related industry, experience in multi-site, multi-service operations, and a strong focus on financial acumen, operational excellence, and safety programs. Applicants for the Regional President position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and a background that demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills. The role requires the championing of a safety culture, proactive risk management, and full compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. The ideal candidate will also be adept at fostering a performance-driven culture, managing cash proactively, and driving operational excellence through the use of company systems and standardized processes.
