Vice President of Sector Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sector Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a visionary and strategic financial leader, responsible for driving the financial strategy, automation, and process improvements for one of the largest growth sectors. This role is pivotal in acting as the primary financial co-pilot to the Sector President, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring financial planning, strategy, and risk management are in line with corporate goals. The VP of Sector Finance will also be involved in optimizing financial systems, overseeing financial planning, and providing executive oversight on pricing strategies for major contract bids. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or CPA, and at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in the government contracting or federal consulting industry. A proven track record in driving change, process improvement, and financial workflow automation is essential, as is deep operational familiarity with government contract vehicles. The role requires advanced expertise in GovCon ERP systems and experience in leading large finance and project accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level. A Top Secret clearance is also a requirement for this position.
