Vice President, Value Based Care Operations

The Company is seeking a VP, Value Based Care Operations to lead the execution of its value-based care strategy across multiple markets and clinical practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the operating model, programs, and performance infrastructure that support the delivery of high-quality, technology-enabled care within a value-based delivery model. This includes care management, quality and risk adjustment, utilization, and total cost of care management, as well as establishing and maintaining payer partnerships. The role demands a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach, capable of translating analytics into practice-level actions, and a proven track record in operationalizing value-based care programs to drive both quality and financial performance. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 8 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with a strong background in value-based care, population health, or clinical operations. Experience with risk-based and value-based arrangements, such as Medicare Advantage, ACO/MSSP, capitation, or shared savings contracts, is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and lead both clinical and non-clinical teams. The VP will also be involved in team leadership, cross-functional partnership, and market development, including the evaluation and integration of value-based care opportunities in new and existing markets.
