The Company is seeking a Vice President for Self-Pay Performance and Client Strategy. This strategic and operational leader will be responsible for driving enterprise-level revenue cycle performance and serving as a trusted advisor to one of the largest health system partners. The role demands a leader who can anticipate and address challenges, bring data-driven solutions, and excel in a highly visible, client-facing environment. Key responsibilities include owning the analytical assessment of financial, operational, and client performance, leading revenue cycle transformation initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts to deliver measurable financial value. The successful candidate will be expected to translate data into actionable insights, lead cross-functional teams, and develop strategies that enhance patient financial outcomes while reducing administrative burden. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience, and a deep working knowledge of self-pay accounts receivable in both hospital and physician practice environments. The role requires advanced analytical skills, including hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake, and the ability to influence executive decisions. Experience with Epic and enterprise reporting tools is essential, as is a proven track record in leading transformation and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, the ability to manage executive-level client relationships, and a background in reducing bad debt and optimizing patient financial experience.
