The Company is seeking a Loan Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the growth and market share expansion of the local market. This includes partnering with retail banking management, engaging with customers to assess their loan needs, and managing the full loan process from application to closing. The role also involves maintaining a comprehensive client portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, and forming strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of direct experience in producing and managing commercial loans within a banking environment. A thorough understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and commercial loan structure is essential, as is direct experience with a range of commercial lending products. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial spreading and loan underwriting tools and possess exceptional communication, time management, and task prioritization skills. The Loan Officer will be expected to work closely with the credit department, internal team members, and third-party vendors to meet the company's lending goals and maintain a high standard of client service.
