The Company is seeking a Vice President for Wealth Management Data Platforms with a focus on financials. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy, governance, and business oversight of financial data to ensure its accuracy, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance. This role involves serving as the Product Owner for the Wealth Management Middle Office, driving the product roadmap, and governing the delivery of the platform's work. The VP will also be accountable for managing stakeholder demands, balancing business priorities, and optimizing platform value and adoption. A key aspect of the role is to champion enterprise data governance, quality, and operational excellence, and to ensure the platform aligns with technology capabilities. Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 8 years' experience in wealth management, data strategy, or business-driven data management. The role requires a strong understanding of the wealth management business, financial instruments, and market and reference data. Experience in leading data governance, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner effectively with technology teams, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in people management. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, and knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and cloud-based data solutions, is also necessary. The VP will be expected to advocate for data-driven innovation and collaborate on the development of data architecture improvements.
