Vice President of IT

The Company is in search of a Vice President of IT to spearhead the technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across its commercial and multifamily real estate portfolio. This senior leadership role is pivotal in building a robust local IT presence, partnering with executive leadership, and ensuring that technology solutions align with business performance, operational efficiency, and enhance the tenant and resident experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the local technology function, establishing and enforcing IT policies, security controls, and compliance frameworks, and overseeing multimillion-dollar technology budgets. Additionally, the role involves leading complex system migrations, optimizing business applications, and introducing modern technology solutions such as SaaS, automation, AI, and self-service analytics. Applicants for the Vice President of IT position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in IT leadership, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
