The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Completion Center in Zhoushan, China. The CEO will be responsible for the final phases of quality manufacturing, including the delivery of aircraft, and will oversee the center's management, corporate governance, and compliance with government and regulatory standards. This role requires a leader with a strong background in the aviation industry, particularly in manufacturing operations, and a proven track record in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The CEO will also be tasked with creating a culture that promotes productivity, safety, and environmental responsibility, as well as driving the company's growth and competitiveness through continuous improvement and lean production system efficiencies. Candidates for the CEO position at the Completion Center should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 15 years' of experience in a related industrial environment. A minimum of 5 years' in a leadership role with multi-functional and large organizational responsibility is required. The ideal candidate will have strong business and financial acumen, experience in managing budgets and business performance, and a deep understanding of the Chinese business and regulatory environment. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential. The CEO will also be expected to have a strong background in operational excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Experience in a joint venture or complex stakeholder-driven organization, as well as a track record in organizational transformation and cultural change, is highly valued.
