Head of Electronics

The Company is in search of a Head of Electronics to lead its team in the development and manufacture of innovative precision instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of the electronics team, as well as cross-site coordination. This role involves the development and oversight of electrical and electronic concepts across the entire product lifecycle, project planning, and the identification and implementation of new technologies. Close collaboration with production, purchasing, and external partners is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the Head of Electronics role at the company should have a completed degree in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in product or technology development of mechatronic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in circuit design, sensor technology, embedded systems, and electronics components. A proactive and assertive work style, coupled with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner, is essential. Fluency in both German and English is required.
