Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function across its family-office businesses. Responsibilities include directing budgeting and financial planning, providing management with a clear view of financial performance, and overseeing accurate, timely accounting and reporting. The CFO will work closely with the team and leadership, identify risks, and develop practical solutions. The role also involves strengthening financial processes and structures and supporting the financial development of the multi-family office business. Candidates should have prior interim CFO experience and a strong senior finance background, ideally as a CFO or Head of Finance. Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and accounting is required, along with the ability to lead proactively, work independently, and deliver value in a part-time capacity. Fluent German is required; additional languages are an asset. Experience in family-office settings or regulated financial services is beneficial.
