Chief Product Officer (CPO) Remote (anywhere in Belgium)

This role demands a visionary leader with a strong focus on execution, who can work closely with the executive team to champion AI-first product strategies while ensuring a seamless, world-class SaaS platform experience for both B2C learners and B2B clients. Key responsibilities include driving the product roadmap, leading a high-performing product team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in product management, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership role within a scaling SaaS environment. A background in EdTech and a passion for modern digital education are essential. The role requires a leader with a strong data and KPI mindset, adept at leveraging product analytics and user research to optimize platform engagement and maximize retention.
