Associate Vice President, Senior NetSuite ZoneBilling Architect Remote (anywhere in United States) + 2 more

The Company is seeking an AVP - Senior NetSuite ZoneBilling Architect to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the solution architecture of end-to-end quote-to-cash solutions, with a focus on ZoneBilling for subscription, usage-based, and project-based billing. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Zone & Co's ZoneBilling and a strong working knowledge of Salesforce quote-to-contract. The AVP will be instrumental in defining the ZoneBilling data model, billing rules, and integration design, as well as leading the migration of in-flight contracts and designing and executing quote-to-cash testing. Experience with the wider Zone & Co suite and a strong understanding of NetSuite finance design are essential. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' ERP or finance systems experience, with at least 5 years in a NetSuite architect or solution lead role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering ZoneBilling implementations integrated with Salesforce and a solid understanding of NetSuite finance, including revenue recognition. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The role also requires a candidate with a strong background in AI-native delivery practices and a proactive, agile mindset. Professional certifications in NetSuite, Zone & Co, Workato, Celigo, Salesforce CPQ, or Revenue Cloud are preferred, and an accounting qualification or finance operations background is a plus.
