Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer to spearhead the development of a robust operational infrastructure in line with the organization's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating engineering, operations, supply chain, production, and delivery to establish a scalable and reliable operating model. This hands-on executive will provide leadership across various functions, from product development to operational execution, and will be tasked with building and managing strategic relationships, developing capacity and production plans, and ensuring the continuous improvement of quality, cost, efficiency, and delivery performance. The ideal COO for the company will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or related technology environments, with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of scaling complex products and organizations. Key responsibilities include establishing processes for product development and production, identifying operational risks, and building the necessary systems and metrics to support increased scale. The role also involves recruiting and leading high-performing teams, as well as partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational development. A technical or engineering background is strongly preferred, along with experience in managing complex supplier and production networks and a strong understanding of operational planning, quality, cost management, and delivery execution.
