The Company is seeking a President to serve as its senior business and operations leader, with a primary focus on strategy, financial performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's long-term strategy, annual business plan, and budgets, while ensuring alignment with the Management Committee. This role requires a leader with a strong background in field services, including P&L accountability for a company or division of approximately 50 employees, and a proven track record in leading multi-location operations to deliver profitable growth and operational excellence. The President will also be accountable for safety and regulatory compliance, and must have a strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA and OSHA requirements. Key responsibilities for the President include leading business development, customer retention, and expansion strategy, as well as overseeing major bids, pricing, and contract decisions. The role demands a leader with strong financial and commercial judgment, capable of allocating capital effectively and ensuring reliable financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience in a related industry, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a background in talent development and organizational change. The President must be a strategic thinker with the ability to build a strong safety culture, and will be expected to travel regularly throughout the multi-state service region to maintain an active presence at operating locations.
