Vice President of Operations, Hospice

Remote (anywhere in California)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations with a strong background in hospice care to oversee and manage the operations of multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations, financials, and growth of the business, as well as ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in senior operations, particularly in a multi-site hospice environment, and an excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COPs. The Vice President of Operations will also be tasked with working closely with the business development team to foster a positive culture and drive census and revenue growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior operations leadership experience, with a focus on hospice care. The role demands a candidate with the ability to travel throughout California and a background in Medicare hospice leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing the financial and operational aspects of multiple locations, managing directly reporting leaders, and working to create a positive and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at problem-solving, and capable of leading a team to achieve the company's goals in the hospice care sector.
