The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end redesign of operating models and products for a portfolio of private assets services. This role involves a deep understanding of the business and client needs, translating operational pain points into actionable plans, and defining target operating models that drive efficiency and consistency. The SVP will also be the key liaison for operational aspects in client interactions, from pitches to solution design, and will lead the assessment and rollout of solutions that can be reused across the client base. Candidates for this role should have 12-15 years' of experience in private assets, with a proven track record in operating model redesign, process re-engineering, or transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. Strong technical knowledge of private assets accounting and operations is essential, as is the ability to manage large and complex client relationships. The role requires a leader with a transformational mindset, a global perspective, and the ambition to shape the future of the business. The SVP will be expected to demonstrate deep technical and operational knowledge, curiosity, and a commitment to seeing change through to full adoption. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a professional accounting designation is a plus.
