The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Operating Model and Product within its Strategic Operations team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in defining and owning the design and adoption of the operating model for private assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the operating model, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring that the model is in line with the company's service commitments to clients. Key responsibilities include leading a team that is focused on operating model, product, and client solutions, acting as the senior Operations voice in client interactions, and governing the pod portfolio. The role also involves establishing plans for new client setups, transitions, and complex implementations, as well as building and developing the team, including participation in recruitment. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in fund administration, alternative asset management, or a related financial services environment, with a strong background in private assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale operating model or product re-engineering initiatives, deep knowledge of private assets operating models and fund structures, and strong executive stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a professional accounting designation being a plus. The role demands a transformational mindset, a global perspective, and the ambition to shape the future of the company. The EVP will be expected to demonstrate commercial and client awareness, and to work across regions and time zones to design scalable solutions.
