Assistant Vice President, Technology Lead Business Analysis Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is in search of a Technology Lead Business Analyst to join its Market Operations Technology Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing projects and contributing to a diverse range of new initiatives, including the design of new functionalities on back-office applications, processing systems, and risk management systems. This role requires close interaction with multiple business applications and demands a deep understanding of the operations and regulatory technology space. The Business Analyst will be involved in all facets of the business, from trade processing and risk management to settlement messaging, payments, confirmations, and statements, and will work closely with different business units to ensure the seamless operation of high-volume transactions. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the investment or global banking sector, with a focus on payments operations, technology, and Swift messaging standards. A strong background in the full front-to-back workflow of various asset classes, including FX, FI, MM, and derivatives, is essential. The role requires familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies, as well as the ability to create high-quality documentation for business and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and articulation skills, be adept at managing multiple priorities, and demonstrate a commitment to team success and customer focus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
