The Company is in search of a Vice President - Senior Fenergo Technical Configurator to take on a pivotal role in the end-to-end functional platform configuration within the global KYCX estate. This senior individual contributor position demands a hands-on expert with a deep technical understanding of Fenergo's declarative framework, data model, and workflow engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of client journeys, policy rule sets, dynamic document models, risk rating logic, and security entitlements, all in compliance with institutional requirements. Core accountabilities include journey and workflow engine configuration, policy, risk, and regulatory rules setup, entitlements, security, and data visibility, data modeling, UI forms, and business rules, as well as technical governance, packaging, and releases. Applicants must have a solid background in banking and financial services, with a focus on KYC/AML, client onboarding, due diligence, and regulatory compliance operations. Mandatory technical expertise includes 12-15 years' experience in the industry, senior hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM platforms, and mastery of Fenergo journey and workflow. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in policy engine and rules configuration, entitlement and access model setup, and entity data modeling. Nice-to-have skills include Fenergo certification, API and interface payload understanding, external data provider integration experience, industry compliance certifications, and a background in agile delivery.
