Head of Information Technology

The Company is seeking a Head of Information Technology to lead and scale its IT function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's IT strategy, technology infrastructure, enterprise applications, IT operations, service delivery, technology vendors, and IT team. This role requires a technology leader who can build structure around the existing IT function, strengthen processes and governance, and develop the team while remaining hands-on to drive technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the IT strategy, defining the technology roadmap, owning the organization's enterprise applications, and leading major IT transformation projects. The Head of IT will also be tasked with team leadership, vendor management, and ensuring IT governance, risk, and compliance. Applicants for the Head of Information Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being an added advantage. A minimum of 13-15 years' of progressive experience in IT leadership and technology management is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, IT operations, and service delivery, as well as experience in building and managing technology teams. Strong leadership attributes are essential, including the ability to be a strong people leader, business-oriented, and adept at both strategic and day-to-day IT operations. Experience in a complex, data-intensive environment such as healthcare, technology, or BFSI is also preferred.
