Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead an industrial business through its next phase of growth. Following a transition period, the CEO will coordinate all business functions, strengthen the organization’s management structure, and develop and execute a growth plan. Responsibilities include leading commercial development and key customer relationships, overseeing overall financial performance and profitability, and improving operational and project management processes. The CEO will also prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans; address organizational challenges; and guide business expansion and portfolio standardization. Candidates should hold a degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable technical discipline, and bring a strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in the intralogistics sector. Experience in manufacturing or within the commercial organization of a multinational industrial business is essential. The role requires demonstrated success developing and managing sales organizations and distribution networks, along with strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Candidates should also have excellent analytical and strategic capabilities and be able to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.
