The Company is in search of a Chief Operating & Commercial Officer to provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's commercial, operational, and strategic direction, with a focus on developing and executing business development, revenue growth, and commercial strategies. This role requires the identification and conversion of new business, investment, partnership, and revenue opportunities, as well as the maintenance of strong relationships with various stakeholders. The Chief Operating & Commercial Officer will also oversee portfolio and asset performance, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate for this senior C-suite position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in senior leadership, with a proven track record in driving business development, revenue generation, and commercial growth. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, is essential. A background in property, real estate, portfolio, investment, or asset management is highly advantageous. The role demands an individual with excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills, who is a natural problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset. The candidate should be confident in operating at a Board level while being hands-on with execution, and must be adept at finding solutions and making sound decisions in changing environments. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or Master's degree.
