Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of expanding access to higher education and creating pathways to greater social and economic mobility for working adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's strategy, external leadership, fundraising, and growth, with a focus on strengthening the impact and long-term sustainability. This role requires a senior leader with a deep commitment to the mission, a strong background in the education or nonprofit sector, and a proven track record in fundraising and partner development. The Executive Director will be the primary spokesperson, cultivating relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and will work closely with the national leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, defining and implementing growth strategies, and ensuring the organization's program execution and student support systems drive measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 7 years of senior leadership experience, and a deep knowledge of the local workforce and education landscape. They should possess strong operational leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to use data to inform strategy. A builder-minded, collaborative leader with a passion for scaling organizations and a commitment to accountability and operational excellence is essential for this role.
