The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate industry trends into practical improvements, and who is adept at managing emotions and relationships to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. The candidate should be skilled in all aspects of construction operations, from preconstruction to closeout, and have a strong ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks. Experience in project recovery, continuous improvement, and a talent for balancing standardization with regional flexibility are also essential.
