Vice President of Innovation & AI Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Innovation & AI to shape and execute its enterprise AI and emerging technology strategy. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing AI use cases, establishing governance for responsible use, privacy, security, and risk, and building organizational AI capability through training and adoption programs. The role will assess client technology needs and AI readiness, develop innovation roadmaps, and coordinate initiatives across the client portfolio to scale effective approaches. The Vice President will also collaborate across service and commercial teams to develop scalable offerings and contribute to industry thought leadership. Candidates should bring significant senior-level experience in technology leadership, innovation strategy, AI adoption, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to execute enterprise AI strategies. Strong knowledge of generative AI, automation, analytics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies is required, along with experience in AI governance or enterprise-scale implementation. Applicants should be skilled at translating complex technology into clear business recommendations, communicating with executives, and leading cross-functional initiatives. Knowledge of senior living or healthcare technology operations is an advantage; a bachelor’s degree in IT, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
