Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its growth and innovation in the healthcare sector. The CEO will be responsible for setting the long-term vision, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing executive team. This role requires a dynamic leader who can translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the organization's core mission and values. The successful candidate will also be the primary ambassador to a wide range of stakeholders, including hospitals, physicians, policyholders, regulators, and industry partners. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of executive leadership experience, with a strong background in organizational strategy, financial performance, operations, and people management. Experience in a regulated industry, particularly in healthcare or insurance operations, is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with a proven ability to think strategically, connect long-term vision to organizational priorities, and adapt to industry changes. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree being preferred, and CPCU certification is also strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a track record of fostering a culture of integrity, ethics, and transparency, and will be adept at building and sustaining trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
