Chief Business Officer Remote (anywhere in Germany) + 1 more

The Company is seeking two Chief Business Officers to lead its international expansion, one for Germany and one for Benelux. The successful candidates will be responsible for the full business P&L in their respective markets, including market entry, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and team building. This role demands a seasoned professional with at least 15 years' experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial technology, and a proven track record of business growth in the assigned market. Key responsibilities for the Chief Business Officers include setting and executing the go-to-market strategy, owning P&L, driving merchant and enterprise growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring product localization and regulatory alignment. Applicants must have a deep knowledge of the local payments ecosystem, an established network among key stakeholders, and experience in building and scaling commercial teams. The role requires fluency in English, with German for the Germany position and Dutch and/or French for the Benelux role. A strong educational background, preferably with an MBA or postgraduate degree, is also desirable. The Chief Business Officers will serve as the senior business representatives for the company in their markets, engaging with industry bodies, media, and other stakeholders to promote the brand and drive business success.
