Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, leading the finance organization and overseeing a wide range of financial activities, including financial planning, accounting, treasury, capital management, and business analytics. This role is pivotal in guiding the company through its next phase of growth, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing internal and external financial reporting, and tax, and will play a critical role in supporting the Board and investors. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a background that includes a prior CFO, SVP Finance, VP Finance, or comparable executive-level role. Experience in a private equity-backed environment and within the consumer products, manufacturing, or related industry is essential. The role requires a strong foundation in FP&A, operational finance, and accounting, as well as deep experience in treasury, banking, cash flow, and working capital. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for those holding a CPA and/or MBA. Strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership skills, and a proven track record in building and developing high-performing finance organizations are also key requirements.
