Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead and oversee strategic financial planning and analysis, ensuring that financial strategies are in line with organizational goals and enhancing decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts to evaluate key performance indicators and support business growth initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial reporting structures, improve operational efficiency, and provide detailed analytics and insights for management and board reporting. The Vice President of Finance will also be instrumental in supporting the financial close process, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Non-GAAP standards, and identifying opportunities to enhance reporting structures and implement effective internal controls. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in finance, and 10 years' preferred. The role requires proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as a strong knowledge of GAAP and Non-GAAP financial standards. Proficiency in financial modeling, performance metric development, and experience with implementing financial software and automation tools are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
