Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead accounting operations for a high-growth, multi-location organization. Responsibilities include overseeing the general ledger, payables and receivables, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and period-end close. The role also leads GAAP-compliant reporting, internal controls, tax compliance, audits, cash forecasting, and risk management, while driving systems optimization, automation, and process improvements. The VP will develop the accounting team and partner with finance and operational stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, refinancing, and strategic growth initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including three or more years at the controller level, along with demonstrated people leadership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong multi-unit experience—ideally supporting 40 or more locations—is required, as is proficiency with enterprise accounting systems and advanced spreadsheet skills. Applicants should bring strong technical and systems aptitude, knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, tax, controls, audits, and multi-state operations, and experience leading a lean accounting team. A professional accounting certification is a plus; clear, resilient communication and confidence partnering with executive leadership are essential.
