President

The Company seeks a President to lead its North American platform and advance its global mission. The role provides strategic direction, strengthens cohesion among regional communities, and builds sustainable leadership, governance, and philanthropic capacity. Responsibilities include recruiting and guiding regional boards and councils, cultivating major donors, leading peer-to-peer fundraising, and developing partnerships across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The President also represents regional communities in global governance and international forums, advances advocacy through engagement with civic and government leaders, and serves as a visible ambassador for the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong record of philanthropic leadership, major-gift fundraising, board governance, and building or scaling civic or philanthropic initiatives. They should have extensive relationships across North American philanthropic and community networks and the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders in government, philanthropy, and civil society. Deep commitment to Jewish life and community well-being, along with an interest in international affairs and advocacy, is essential. The role calls for an influential, collaborative leader who can build trust across diverse stakeholders and make a significant personal philanthropic commitment.
