Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced President and CEO to spearhead its growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly within the mutual insurance model. Key responsibilities for this role include setting and executing the organization's strategic plan, maintaining financial strength, managing reinsurance relationships, and protecting underwriting standards while driving innovation. The President and CEO will also be tasked with building and maintaining high-level relationships with regulators, industry leaders, and the community, as well as fostering a collaborative organizational culture and guiding the company through market shifts and technological advancements. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for those with a background in lawyers' professional liability or related lines. An advanced degree in a relevant field is required, and a Juris Doctor is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mutual insurance model, governance practices, and policyholder relationships, as well as a proven track record in developing and executing strategies that deliver profitable growth while managing underwriting risk. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups, and a strategic mindset are essential for this role. The President and CEO will be expected to lead change, foster a positive organizational culture, and develop high-performing teams.
