Vice President, FP&A & Business Performance

The Company is seeking a Vice President, FP&A and Business Performance to lead the forecasting and business accountability pillar of the finance organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the annual budget process, monthly and full-year forecasts, P&L reviews, variance analysis, KPI and executive reporting, and finance partnering with department and business-unit leaders. This role requires a strategic leader who can institutionalize a recurring forecast and close-review cadence, drive monthly P&L accountability, and build executive and Board reporting packages. The VP will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining enterprise KPI reporting, driving forecast accuracy improvement, and supporting business cases for strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President, FP&A and Business Performance position at the company should have a BA or BS in a relevant field, with an MBA, CFA, or CMA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' FP&A or corporate finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, be an expert in building executive-grade reporting, and have hands-on experience with ERP and EPM/planning tools. Experience in life sciences, healthcare services, or a similar complex, multi-business-unit environment is preferred. The role demands a professional with strong business partnering, influence, and executive communication skills, who is comfortable applying automation and AI tools to enhance financial processes. The VP will also be expected to lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team and finance business partners, and ensure adherence to the company's values and corporate policies.
