Vice President, Workplace, Safety & Security
About the Role
Remote (anywhere in North Carolina)
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Workplace, Safety, and Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of the company's workplace and security division, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and long-term priorities. This role involves setting and advancing the company's workplace strategy, including the development of the Campus of the Future, and overseeing global security programs. The Vice President will also be a key advisor to executive leadership on matters related to workplace, campus, security, and corporate services, and will be expected to champion service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 20 years of directly related experience, or a Master's degree with 16 years, or a PhD with 12 years. The role requires a proven track record in translating business objectives into integrated workplace, real estate, campus, facilities, and security strategies, as well as experience in leading change and supporting employees through various transitions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and business acumen, the ability to build effective partnerships, and a demonstrated capacity to lead high-performing, service-oriented teams. Proficiency in relevant tools and the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances are also necessary.
