The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader, responsible for driving performance excellence, associate engagement, and operational consistency across multiple regions. This executive-level role demands a focus on inspiring greatness in the team, creating a work environment that is a great place to work for all, and leading with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership for the portfolio, ensuring exceptional operational, financial, and guest experience performance, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders to drive portfolio success. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company should have extensive multi-property leadership experience, preferably in full-service or upscale hotels. The role requires a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large operational teams, as well as strong financial acumen and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in driving associate engagement and guest satisfaction, and be skilled in managing capital planning, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. The role also involves talent development, fostering a positive culture, and serving as a strategic advisor to hotel leadership teams. A willingness to travel frequently is essential to support hotel teams and operations.
