Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of an organization focused on social, cultural, and tourism initiatives. The role includes aligning departments, overseeing operational performance and financial management, and ensuring a high-quality client experience while advancing the organization’s mission and values. The Executive Director will support growth and visibility through social innovation, tourism development, client engagement, and strategic partnerships. They will also foster collaboration with a related heritage organization and serve as the organization’s principal representative to stakeholders. Candidates should hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in management, business administration, hospitality management, or a relevant field. They must have at least 10 years of leadership experience, including five years in an executive or general management role, along with knowledge of nonprofit governance and experience in a related sector. Strong financial and operational management, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and political judgment are essential. The ideal candidate is committed to social, cultural, and human-centered missions and has excellent spoken and written French, with functional proficiency in English.
