Chief of Staff Remote (anywhere in Taiwan)

The Company is in search of a Deputy Chief of Staff to join its international non-profit institute. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the responsible use of digital technologies to support sustainable development and policy implementation. This is an unpaid volunteer position, and the Deputy Chief of Staff will be expected to work closely with the Chief of Staff and Director-General to coordinate institutional priorities, strengthen cross-divisional collaboration, and ensure the effective implementation of senior management decisions. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating cross-divisional projects, translating strategic priorities into actions, monitoring implementation, and providing senior leadership with analysis and recommendations. The role demands a highly organized, strategically minded individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Candidates for the Deputy Chief of Staff role at the company should have a background in strategic planning, executive management support, organizational operations, and project management.
