Executive Vice President, Public Safety Remote (anywhere in Texas)

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President to set strategic direction and lead operations across sales, support, product development, and professional services. The role is accountable for organizational culture, customer service, and achieving growth and financial targets. Responsibilities include guiding and developing the executive team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, and delivering regular business updates and performance briefings to senior leadership. The EVP will also work with leadership to establish long-term technology strategies across product lines. Candidates should have at least 10 years of senior leadership experience and experience managing a multifunctional organization of 75 or more team members. A background in the law enforcement and justice market is preferred. The role requires experience managing full profit-and-loss responsibility for a business with at least $15 million in revenue. Strong strategic, operational, financial, and people leadership capabilities are essential.
