The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for growing and expanding the awareness of the company's high-touch service delivery model. This role is pivotal in delivering personalized, customized wealth management solutions to high-net-worth clients and their families. The candidate will be a seasoned relationship executive with a proven business development track record, aligning with the firm's culture of performance, accountability, and client focus. Primary responsibilities include client relationship management, cross-department coordination, and a strong emphasis on new business activities. The role also requires a working knowledge of legal and financial documents, as well as the ability to travel to meet with clients and prospects. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree, industry certification (CTFA, CFP, CFA, CPA), and an advanced degree (JD, MBA) is preferred. A minimum of 8-12 years' of experience in a similar role, with a successful track record in new business development, is required. The ideal candidate will have a superior ability to identify and build relationships, an established network of legal, accounting, and insurance professionals, and a background in wealth management, client administration, and portfolio management. Personal characteristics should include strong people skills, a client service focus, effective communication, high integrity, and a diligent work ethic. The role demands a team-oriented individual who is highly organized, with good time management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
