The Company is seeking an SVP Client Advisor and Office Manager to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and expanding the awareness of the company's high-touch service delivery model. This role is pivotal in the Western region and requires a seasoned relationship executive or trust officer with a proven business development track record. The SVP/EVP will be a key figure in the office, promoting a culture of collaboration, and will have extensive client contact, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and their families. The position demands a deep understanding of trust and agency account administration, including fiduciary accounting, securities, finance, real estate, taxes, and estate planning. A high priority for the role is the development of new business, which involves working independently, professional networking, and direct solicitation of qualified prospects. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, industry certifications such as CTFA, CFP, CFA, or CPA, and an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a successful track record in new business development and office management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of legal, accounting, and other professionals, and a background in wealth management, client administration, and portfolio management. Personal characteristics should include strong people skills, a client service focus, outstanding communication, high integrity, and the ability to motivate and develop employees. The role also involves community engagement, and the candidate should be prepared to travel as needed.
