Vice President, Head of Branches

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Branches to lead its branch network and drive performance, business growth, and customer experience. Responsibilities include developing branch strategies and sales plans, monitoring operational and financial results, and visiting branches to identify opportunities and promote consistent service standards. The role also oversees branch leaders and team development, uses customer and market insights to guide decisions, and ensures operations meet applicable policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will strengthen operational resilience and collaborate with teams across the business to improve delivery and branch performance. Candidates should have strong leadership experience in branch banking, retail banking, or branch distribution, including managing multiple branches or a large sales and service network. They should understand personal banking products, branch operations, sales performance, customer service, and relevant compliance, AML, audit, legal, and regulatory requirements. The role calls for experience leading branch managers and developing high-performing teams, alongside strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and sound decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, as are a customer-first mindset, resilience, and the ability to lead through change.
