The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for an AI Research Lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup within the AI research domain. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs with a strong desire to scale their own startups and is supported by a network of serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The CCO will be expected to embark on a personal development journey, receive intensive coaching, and work closely with the team to iterate the product until it reaches the desired market fit. Additionally, the role involves full responsibility for the startup, including team building, and the goal of scaling the company to significant revenues. Applicants for the CCO position at the AI Research Lab should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a candidate who is willing to take on the challenge of scaling a startup to over €100M in revenues and who has excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is ready to take on the responsibility of leading a startup in the AI research field.
