The successful candidate will also be tasked with elevating the company's impact and influence, particularly in the areas of external affairs, advocacy, and industry leadership. Key responsibilities for the CEO include partnering with the Board of Directors to define and execute the company's strategic vision, fostering a high-performing and mission-driven culture, and leading international growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong business, financial, and governance acumen, exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, and a genuine passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or master's degree in a related field. The role demands a leader with high emotional intelligence, integrity, and cultural agility, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and global constituencies. The position is fully remote, and the CEO must be prepared for extensive domestic and some international travel.
