About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United States)(United States)
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Clinical organization. This pivotal role is at the forefront of setting and maintaining the quality and clinical standards for care delivered by a large network of clinicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, owning the clinical team's operating rhythm, and connecting the team to ensure alignment and effective execution of work. This is not a coordinator position; the Chief of Staff will be the operating layer that makes the work of the mission-critical organization run smoothly, with a focus on turning strategy into clear, actionable goals and ensuring that the work is completed effectively. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, program management, strategy, or a similar role, preferably in a tech environment. Experience in healthcare, particularly at a late-stage, high-growth company, is essential. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional program manager, an excellent writer, and a leader who influences through collaboration. The role requires the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, make trade-offs visible, and build processes that last. A background as an independently licensed therapist, experience in management consulting, or working with AI tools is a plus. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in the company's mission to create a more accessible and effective mental healthcare system.
