About the Role
Remote (anywhere in United States, United Kingdom, Canada)
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Head of Talent in the development and expansion of its global Talent organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing talent strategy, with a focus on turning priorities into action and leading initiatives that require deep talent expertise. This role is pivotal in the company's high-velocity, AI-first, and excellence-driven culture, where the emphasis is on impact rather than job titles. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for a wide range of talent functions, including GTM, G&A, and technical recruiting, as well as talent operations and programs. They will also be expected to lead high-visibility projects, embed with teams to drive progress, and improve the overall effectiveness of the talent organization. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a proven track record of helping a global organization navigate hypergrowth, with experience in managing large-scale hiring across multiple regions. The role requires a candidate who is adept at both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, capable of advising executives, building and implementing plans, and leading complex talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, be a trusted leader, and possess the judgment to know when to step in, coach, or hand back ownership. The Chief of Staff will be expected to work closely with senior leadership, challenge and test ideas constructively, and communicate effectively about progress and decisions. The role is remote-first, with a preference for candidates in US-East or GMT timezones.
