The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to start and scale their own startup. As a COO, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running your startup, with a focus on fields such as SaaS. The role involves an extensive personal development journey, including a fully customized program for goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding. The COO will also be involved in team building, product iteration, and will receive support in reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. Applicants for the COO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a candidate who is willing to take full responsibility for their startup and is committed to scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. Excellent communication skills in the English language are essential. The company offers a unique opportunity to work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, with the potential to receive a salary during the startup phase or opt for funding.
