This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of scaling a company to significant revenues. The CPO will be supported by a network of top professionals, including serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, and will be part of a community that offers access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. Key tasks for the CPO include embarking on a personal development journey, receiving coaching to prepare the startup for funding, and working on product iteration to achieve product-market fit. The role also involves team building, with support in hiring top talent, and assistance in reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. The ideal candidate should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup. Excellent communication skills in English are a requirement for this position.
