Commercial Lending Attorney, Senior Vice President Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Commercial Lending Attorney to join its mission-driven team. The successful candidate will serve as an in-house attorney, providing comprehensive legal support in the areas of commercial, C&I, consumer, real estate, and SBA litigation and transactions, as well as corporate governance matters. This role is pivotal in partnering with the business and executive teams to mitigate risk, ensure compliance with laws, and support strategic initiatives. The Commercial Lending Attorney will also be responsible for leading collections and enforcement efforts, overseeing commercial litigation, and supporting real estate and C&I transactions. A key aspect of the role is to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks, collaborate cross-functionally, and support governance, compliance, and legal awareness. Applicants for the Commercial Lending Attorney position at the company should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, be an active member of the Florida Bar, and have at least 5 years of relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, litigation, and financial services law, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
